To be submitted under insurance or funding we require a doctor's prescriptions for the orthotic device with the details of your diagnosis and type of orthotic device required.
Note: to get coverage, prescriptions need to be written by a physician.
Yes! We have free parking at the back of the building (mustard yellow colour) called Russell Prosthetics. You may need to double park!
YOU WILL GET A PARKING TICKET if you park in the WestPark lot 198 adjacent to the building where Chicko Chicken, Papa Leo's Pizza and Royal City Physio are located. All other street parking is paid.
Assessments are free of charge. This is to see if you require an orthotic device and what type of device you need.
There are multiple avenues of funding for orthotic devices including federal, charity, and extended medical. Contact our office for more discussion about your funding options.
Foot orthotics often have some coverage under extended medical (with a prescription).
Orthotics for other parts of the body might have separate coverage so ensure you are looking at the correct orthotic coverage when checking your extended medical plan.
